Hello, welcome to jellytoast. I started working on this app in april 2026 after getting really into jellyfin and navidrome. I had a blast procuring and sorting and tagging my own self-hosted library of music. Little details in the online music players led me to wanting a bit more options and features for my library. I have a lot of chromecast speakers around my house and wanted options to get my music to my devices. I started the base app and found myself pretty particular with details, but still really enjoyed the process. Today jellytoast works on linux, mac, and windows! And along the way I've put thought and work into all the details and release channels. my goal is to get the app super refined and running really smooth on any platform possible. I made the app to work for me but its grown in to something I'd love to work for lots of people on lots of platforms, I hope it works for you!
